The project process
From the moment you choose us to help you and until the project is finalized, you will be accompanied by our competent and dedicated employees, who all work hard to ensure the best results. Your specific needs will determine how long we will be working together, but we have created an overview of a typical project process to give you an idea of the path from the idea to finalized project.
1 Specification of your project
The first part, possibly the most important part of any project, is understanding the background. What is the purpose of the project? What is your business idea, plan, and concept? How do you think we can help you with your project?
To truly understand how we can help you, we need to understand the project’s business purpose.
Duration depends on how comprehensive the project is.
2 Accepting the offer
The second part is accepting the project offer. Once our team is up to speed on your thoughts on the project, we will draw up an offer for you.
The offer will describe the project in detail, so both of us are certain that it will deliver maximum value to you. Once you approve it, we will get going.
3 Starting the project
Next, the project can truly begin to take form.
Once you have approved the offer, our digital advisor and developer will devise the best plan for your project.
4 Developing the project
Once the plan for the starting phase of your project has been devised, the people from our delivery team will develop your project.
The developers will frequently provide a status on Basecamp, where you and your team can follow and comment on the progress of the project at all stages.

5 Finishing the project
After completing the development stage, the project will be finalized and delivered.
In this phase, you and the Twentyfour employees involved in the project will go through the entire project and check it based on the offer confirmed in stage 2 and on Basecamp.
6 Hosting & Maintainance
The last part of the project concerns a hosting and maintenance agreement. A hosting- and maintenance agreement is one of the most important parts once the project is developed.
We believe maintaining and optimizing your digital systems and sites is as important as developing them. Therefore, we offer automated monitoring to ensure that your digital systems and sites are in service 24/7.
